Some of them never closed. Are you talking about rifle/pistol ranges? I know both of the game farms I go to keep theirs open. As does Del Tone up in St. Cloud (at least they did when I was a member 2 yrs ago).

Again, check with are game farms. Most keep their ranges open as well as sporting clays. I was down at Caribou in Le Seuer a couple weeks ago and their trap range was open & busy. Rum River hunt club might be open as well. I know he was out of live birds two weeks ago but he has a range (not the best) and a sporting clays set up as well.
