Touch up paint?

I have a 98 ford f-150 that is white in color, I used some touch up paint that I got from a auto parts store that is supposed to match my truck with the primer on a few small chips, It doesnt seem to match, the touch up paint seems to be a little darker ( hint of grey) Is there better touch up paint out there or are they all they same, Thanks Andy

I would imagine that the primer you used or the primer that you covered was grey? Did you try several coats, the touch up paint may be a bit more translucent that expected. Did you try the dealer to see if the had the touch up color? I would expect the dealer to have the closest match.
