If it is located south of the line (lower 2/3ds of the state) it needed to be off the lake last night at midnight.

If its in the nothern 1/3 it can stay on until March 15th and then can be on between midnight and an hour before sunrise ONLY if it is occupied.

It seems odd that the rule about it having to be occupied is only for north of the line and not for the whole state. But that's the rule.
