Fl8 transducer

I recently bought a used FL 18 and own a FL 8 with the dual transducer option. My question will the dual transducer on the FL 8 work on the FL 18 and vice versa?

Yes it should work fine. They operate on the same frequency.

You will require the switching unit with the duel beam to shift it over.
