icehousebob Posted February 20, 2005 Share Posted February 20, 2005 A couple years ago, later in the season, we found some good Crappies on Indepenence. They were in the deep 55 foot plus hole about 1/2 mile out from the park landing. They were suspended at 30 to 35 feet. It was a daytime bite,often about noon. We drilled a lot of holes to follow the fish, and anything you bring up from that depth isn't going back. I went back there last year and only found them once in that location.
