Lake Maps

Are there any adequate lakes maps out there for Cattail and Opitz? I see Mikes Maps has Cattail, but I know not know how reliable it is. I have not seen anything on Opitz. Any information is much appreciated.

You wont find a map for opitz. Also you have to have a small boat because you have to launch off the road. Also as you venture back to the big part of the lake you have to be very carefull. You have to go through a channel that is 1 foot deep. Everytime we went there we brough waders and pushed through it. Also how did you find out about opitz?

We were thinking about Opitz for ice fishing in a couple of weeks. Not sure we want to go way to the back side of the lake, but maybe the west part. Never fished it, so looking for a map for at least some guidance. Probably have to go out and just start drilling some holes around the peninsula. How did we find out about it? Did a lot of homework.

Some parts of the lake are closed in the winter, not sure which part. The warden watches that place real hard
