Does anyone know what would cause a prop to get pits in the middle of the blades?

esoxmn, the pitting is from cavatating when running at high speed. The air bubbles do this when the motor is trimed to high running WOT. This happened on my old boat, I tried some of the thing the dealer said but didnt seem to help.
