rscabin Posted January 29, 2005 Share Posted January 29, 2005 Pheasant, Duck, Vension, (any wild game) 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (campbells) 16 ounce sour cream Season to your liking Noodels cut up wild game, put in roaster and saute with worcestershire. add the veggies,and saute until soft or tender. drain if needed Lace in sour cream and cream of mushroom soup and cook untill succulent serve over noodles Delicious Good eats Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you want a richer version you can substitute golden mushroom soup and a package of cream cheese instead of the cream of mushroom and sour cream. And bacon bits are great added on too!
