Minnow attacks

First let me say thanks for all of you who responded to my last post about taking the chlorine out of water, very helpful! Now we seem to have a new problem, some of our minnows are winding up floating to the top of our bucket with gash marks and their eyes or tails bitten off. Is this a result of us mixing crappie minnows, fatheads and shiners in one bucket? Or is there something else going on? Any help would be appreciated...Thanks

Red Tail Chubs will gorge themselves on the crappie minnows in your bucket. I am not sure about fatheads and shiners, but I wouldn't be suprised.

Have put crappie minnows with fatheads, shiners and suckers and those four have always done well together,must be another minnow.
