Ah, you've heard of it also.......Sorry can't help you but am hoping someone knows....I remember hearing about it on another site....comes out of alaska....seal skin i guess...

I get it at my local baitshop here in LaCrosse. It is actually made and packaged in WI. If there wasn't so much snow on top of my ice shanty I could get you the name and address of the company. I love the stuff, it produces very well.
