Just put a fuel valve and seat, along with a diaframe in the carb because it leaked more fuel than it used. I would like to know the turns out from seat on the two adjustment screws. Air and fuel near the choke plate to start with. Any tips on fine tuning the carb also.

Someone should know this, a very comon problem on these i am told.

If your looking straight at the adjustment screws the smaller left one is the low speed adjustment and should be turned out 1 1/8 turns from seat. The larger screw is the high speed adjustment. It should be turned out 5/8 - 3/4 turns out from seat. This should be a good start and with some tweaking out on the ice you should be set. You want to make sure the gas and oil mixture is exact and fresh too. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the information,the low speed is the one i wasn,t sure of. I cleaned the gas tank and line completely last night,and mixed up new gas and oil. Should be on the ice today.
