Suitcase/popup house transportation

How do you guys transport pop-up, suitcase style houses, if you are not using a trailer? Do you load it on a sled and if so what type?

i used to put my claim in my otter sled. but that did not fit to well even with the smaller claim that i had. i did think about maybe mounting some cross country skies to one side. never tried it but i bet it would work ok.

I have the Clam 6800 and it can be a LOT of work to pull it out by hand(especially if there is snow) I found that putting it on a tobaggon makes it a heck of a lot easier to pull over the snow. Gets it up on the snow just enough I guess.

Anyone ever tried making runners out of 3 or 4 inch pvc? I've been thinking about doing this to pull my 6x8 suitcase (4x6 folded up) behind the snowmobile and was wondering if anyone else has tried it or knows of any reason it wouldn't work.
