Where can a guy get one of those vests for a 21" neck and a 36" chest?

Or am I S.O.L with my polar puppy?

I got a vest by Hodgman at Gander and once you get the correct chest size the leg and neck holes can be cut to larger sizes, they put in a bunch of stcih stops so that after you cut it, it won't come unsewn.

I tried they don't make one big enough for him. At least they didn't have any in stock.
