Cold Gear long underwear

I've seen Cold Gear at CCabela's and Gander. I am thinking it may be the same stuff the NFL players wear. I am wondering if anyone out there is using it and what you think of it? It is a little more spendy than the normal stuff so I was hoping to get some input.

I bought a pair from Cabelas three years ago. They are green in color,dont remember name on them, But they were the second best ones they had.Approx 100.00 for them and they are very good. Very warm and very durable.Have been more than happy with these.

What I wear during the winter-

First Layer

A. Upper body- put on a cold gear under armor top. Then I have a power stretch top to go over that. The power stretch top can be bought at REI, Northface, Patgonia, etc. My next layer of insulation is a fleece jacket.

B. Lower body- light polar fleece underwear and then I put a heavier weight pair of fleece on top of that.

This layer system has kept me warm in single digit temps. and that is without sitting in a fish house!
