Crappie fishing

I live here in Windsor, where is the good crappie fishing around here?

I've had some good success with Crappie on Horseshoe resevoir, right across from Boyd Lake. Cherry Creek Reservoir has a lot of crappie, and they fish for them at the tower. Make sure you pick up some red & white Flee Fly jigs if you fish there. Welcome to the site,

There's some decent crappies in lonetree, but I'm not sure you can ice fish it. Does any one know? If you can, I wouldn't mind going there, we caught lots of walleyes this year.

Be careful if you fish by the towers at Cherry Creek, That's an excellent swimming hole!

Me and a pal ice fished Lonetree last december and I caught the only bite,a 21.5" wally on a pimple.I'd fish it again!

Lonetree is just south of Loveland, so it's actually pretty close! I'd usually have my boat in the water 35-40 minutes from leaving the house this summer. I live in Greeley, so if you ever want to "hook" up, give me a holler!
