Saw some ice on Moore Lake today. Not a complete sheet though. Just pieces floating here and pieces floating there.

I wonder how long it's going to take to get to a safe ice thickness on these lakes. I can't wait either! Think by Thanksgiving?

I'm making a trip up to LOW thanksgiving weekend. Been doing it for years now and it is always good. It would be awesome to get out here locally though.
