I have added a power programmer III, gibson exhaust, and a cold air intake to my 2000 F350 with the V10. Keep helped with towing my 5er and the boat. Keep in mind that performance upgrades are real expensive HP. If I drove more miles a year and could have justified it I would have a powerstroke.
