fall lake camp grounds

I plan a trip up to this awesome, rustic campgrounds every year w/ good friends. this year, seems they are doing some construction on the grounds. can anyone tell me the extent of the construction and/or is it worth it to go if it will be inundated with 20 construction vehicles at 6am even on the weekends?

LM,I heard they were putting in showers and water to some of the campsites.I could be wrong.Try posting on BWCA-Duluth range forum.I`m sure the locals will know what`s going on.

I heard the scoop for this camp site. Because of the construction taking place, they are treating all sites as first come first serve. The good sites are already categorized as this, but according to the duluth officials, they are expecting much less visitors at this camp grounds.
