16ft Starcraft alum deep V project boat $ 600

I have this 16ft Starcraft aluminum deep V boat for sale.
It has a old 1960s vintage Johnson 40hp, I haven't started it and I don't know what's wrong and if there is anything wrong with it, I know it's not locked up.
Boat is tall, all interior is missing, trailer is ok and it's solid.
It will make a nice project boat for somebody that has a motor or wants to get existing one running.
