I stayed at a friend's cabin on Oliver Lake outside of Thunder Bay this weekend and couldn't connect with anything besides the smallies.

Does anyone have any hints or clues for the walleyes? It is an extremely clear lake and looks like it will be a tough one to fish with it lack of moderate shoreline structure. I didn't have a depthfinder, but it appeared to have some serious dropoffs within casting distance from shore most of the way around. I am guessing 20-30' of depth a cast out.
