Frying Pan

I can't say that I've been there lately, but those fisheries (taylor, frying pan, blue, south platte)are always pretty consistant during the winter months although some days can be great and other rather slow. I would try some RSII's, san juans, mysis, and different midge larva patterns. The bonus of winter fishing is fewer people, the bad part is after catching one your hands feel like they're going to fall off.

Yeah, I hear ya man. It sure is worth it though when you pull out a nice hawg. You should try on the Pan above the Ruedi res. just before it dumps into it. The trout aren't very big, but I've caught close to 40 in an hour every time I've been there.
