A new state record lake trout was caught last Friday, April 11th @ Blue Mesa. It weighed in at 44lbs-5oz. That's one big Mack!!! Caught by boat, on a jig and sucker meat. People I've talked to say there are even bigger ones out there, so keep on casting!!!!

According to their HSOforum, the bag and possession for Blue Mesa is 8 lakers with no slot limit of any kind. (that's alot of fish!) For Rainbows and browns, it's 4 daily bag , with 8 possession.
