Angle Eyes

Recommended Posts

I was just on the main Forum and they have a post about the angle eyes spoons, with 8 pages of comments. Everyone is raving about them. They seem to be an excellent walleye lure, but has anyone used them here in Colorado? I figure the Jrs. would work best here for trout, but the regulars are said to be effective on pike, lakers, and walleyes. Anyone use them ??????? I think I may give it a try!

Hey John19, Check out wenesdays Denver post sports section on the back page. It looks like NILS MASTER is the one for 11 mile.I have seen those at Galyons. If you don't have the paper any more, go to the library so you can get a look at one.

I "bit" on a card of Angel Jr and Glow Devil Jr. They have been our best lure for lakers this year with a slight edge to the Glow Devils. We do tip them with a little protein...didn't seem to matter which kind. We haven't really given them a good test on Rainbows as the ol' dead stick is still the best.

I used one of those nils masters at 11-mile on Monday and caught one fish.(had one other good strike) The little 1 inch tube jig works best for me, pink & white being the favorite. You really have to work those masters, but they do give a pretty active presentation.
