intensive harvest in 349

Is area 349 open for intensive harvest only in the 3B Zone? Can I use it with archery prior/post 349B? I was thinking about going down there for a doe with an Intensive Harvest permit this weekend, but after reading the regs, it appears the Intensive Harvest permit can only be used during 349B.

I emailed the dnr because my area had a "B" by it also. They said it was a typing error and that it was open for the bow season (sept thru dec.)
