Fall Carp

Hey guys,
Once a week a buddy and I go to a local dam in down town for a little after work fishing trip. We usually use some of the Uncle Josh carp bait in either strawberry, grape or vanilla. We have had some excellent fishing this summer but lately it has fallen off. Last night we only caught two.
I was wanting to know if any of you had a preferrence for a bait in the fall. I think there are still active fish in the area but they are snubbing my offers. Any ideas or advice would be appreciated.

Nothing really beats some bread or corn in my opinion. I've tried a large number of things and those have been the most consistent.
