What am I doing wrong?

For some reason I can't seem to catch anything but hammerhandles this year. I can't get the carp to bite. Heck, I can't even get bullheads to bite! What in the world am I doing wrong? My hopeful 1st place finish at the Carp Contest isn't looking good.

LOL. I don't feel as bad today. Three days straight of not catching anything. Watching everybody else, only 3 or 4 carp actually caught in like 6 hrs and very few bullheads also. The sheepshead are biters right now but I haven't tried for them or caught any. Panfish are in the moving water holding tight to the wall, as are smallies.
