great recipe for cold water shorthead red horse suckers...yes ...i eat em..lol...fillet the suckers..cut out the rib bones...grind up the remaining fillets(small bones will be ground up super small,won't know they are there once fried)this recipe is for about 2 pounds of ground fillets...in a bowl...ground red horse...2 eggs....1 cup cracker crumbs...1/2 cup potato flakes...onion and garlic(use common sense here...lol)...a little green pepper...dash of worstershire...a touch of black pepper...add a little milk to form a formed pattie(like hamburger consistency)...fry em in your favorite oil...put the golden fried patties on a bun with lettuce and tomato...dill pickle..mayo...just like mcdonalds........well almost...lol..try this .....you'll like it!
