Fellow Clam Pro Alex Spies made the trek 300 miles north to visit and fish with us for lake trout. The deep abyss of Harding Lake is well known for a challenging bite and spending lots of rod hours to surface a fish. Planning a 2 day event was no guarantee.... Hero or Zero. Fortunately Alex managed to hook a cheetah at 110 feet deep and raise him to the top for a photo and send him back down for a strong release. A personal best Tewnty- Seven inches of glory for Alex. Looking forward already to our next ice fishing adventure.
