Applying ID to outside of command post portable

Hello, I plan to use as sleeper, what the best way to apply info on outside according to dnr rules?

Is there a plastic sleeve on the outside? If so just put your dnr number and license inside of it.

Don't need any identification as long as your within 200 feet of the house, so if your sleeping in it, your good to go.
