jigboy
I had to exchange my first shelter at the store due to bad poles, so I put up the new one and noticed different sections of the walls are full of holes. The outer and inner layer of wall seems to be welded together, in little one inch squares. 10 little dots on each side of each square. On certain sections of the house, these little weld holes go right thru both sides leaving a hole the size of a pencil lead. By the window theirs a section 2 x 3 feet with these holes, it computes to hundreds of holes. One wall is dark blue no holes anyware, other walls have the same issue in other places. Is this normal? does anyone else have pencil size holes in there walls. I can see right thru these holes outside.
Savage Brewer
Call Clam customer service, My JM5000 was the first they saw with the holes burned through. They will want to know that its being seen in other models as well. Also if you bought it in the last two weeks the poles should have been fine as I believe Clam recalled all dealer inventory of the 4000T o hand check each one for the pole issue. Clam will probably want to know what store it was bought at also so they can reach out and get it squared away.
JohnMickish
Are you sure it's actually holes and not just the fabric welded together in those parts? Mine has some spots like that but they are not really holes.
AndRo
Yeah mine looks similar but are not really holes either. Only issue I'm having is the zipper on one of the doors likes to come off track.
