Clam customer service

I have been trying to reach customer service since Monday. Left voice mails but no call back, even sent emails. Is there anyone on here that might be able to help me reach theme?

There's a big call log, I spoke with a rep about a part I was ordering yesterday and he mentioned he had 200 customer service voicemails to get caught up on. If you have emailed and left a voicemail, I guarantee they will get back to you and take care of you. They do have a great reputation with customer service. With a couple hundred SKUs and an earlier start to the ice fishing season sandwiched between holidays, I'm certain they're in a perfect storm right now. Your patience will be rewarded.
