fishingdude93
Just wanted to get some feedback on the K-Drill? Anyone using it, If so how well does it work. How many holes can it drill on certain ice depth? Another question is, What drill does it use the M18 Fuel hammer drill or the M18 Fuel regular drill? Tod Todd
I bought one last season and won't leave home with out it. The best feature has to the weight coming in around 10# makes it a snap to carry. On one battery I would drill 40+ holes in a foot of ice. I purchased the combo that comes with the M18 regular drill. Where in IL do you live if close enough I will let you try it out.
Lawrence Luoma
What I love about it the clean hole it leaves. No need for an ice scoop with this one!!

Matt Johnson
I ran the K-Drill a lot last year as well and really enjoyed it. Like Lawrence said, it cleans the hole out nicely so you don't need to scoop it out. I also like how it opens old holes so easily with it's chipper system. I also used the Milwaukee M18 Fuel and it performed very well with the system. This year I plan to put the K-Drill bit on a Clam Ice Auger Conversion Drill Plate and play around with that a while... also running the M18 drill... Yes... we need ice
Crappyfisherman
Matt, will the K-Drill bolt up to the Clam Plate? I just got the Clam Plate last week and really like the way it supports the drill. I put a 6" Strike Master hand auger on it for now but the K-Drill looks like it would work even better. Also was wondering about the Clam auger blades, they look the same as the Strike Master but the price is a lot lower.
