First let me say that I am a new member of Ice Team and I have enjoyed reading the articles and watching videos. Great job guys!

That being said, do any of you ice vets know of any sleeper shack rentals on the Boundry Waters?

I don't think permanent shacks are allowed in the BWCA. The closest you could get would be Smitty's on Snowbank. Half of Snowbank is inside the BWCA but I don't think Smitty's has sleepers just day shacks.

For overnighters in the B dub, you'd be best served by booking a dog sledder who handles overnight camping/fishing trips. Sure, not as plush as staying in a hard side but giving up some amenities is well worth some experiences.

A quick Google search will get you going in the right direction.
