Hi guys...we fish annually in South Dakota. We come from Minnesota and usually fish a week or two after the opener (less crazy!)...We used to fish Big Stone every year (for the last 12 years) but the resort we would go to, has since closed (She went out of business, not enough patronage).
Now my father-in-law is trying to remember the name of the resort on Lake Pickerel (I hope there's only one!), so we could go there instead. If any of you know, please post it here...it would be greatly appreciated. -- Andy

Pickerel lake lodge. have stayed there in both a cabin and the newer motel type rooms. Usually fish other lakes but had great walleye fishing there in mid June '02 also crappie and smallmouth. 605-486-4783
