Waubay Lodging

Looking for hotels/motels/cabins that are the closest to Enemy Swim Lake for Memorial weekend.(have already tried all the ones on En. Swim Lake) I remember seeing 2 motels along Hwy. 12 that I think were in the town of Waubay. One was called Lakeside Lodge and not sure of the other. Does anyone have any suggestions? Are they decent, clean, units? Taking two sets of grandparents so nothing too rough please. Do not need info on Webster hotels. Thanks for your help.

The other motel in Wauaby is cirlce pines. I have stayed at lakeside and the rooms were very clean. Room 1 is a single double bed. recent remodeled and very nice. The last room. room 8 I think, is a double room with four double beds. older decor abut clean. Veronica manages Lakeside, give her a call and explain your needs. Not sure what the other rooms involve. Heard Circle pines was "ok"...... from fishermen's perspective.

Another option could be Pickeral Lake Lodge. they have cabins and I think 6 new spacious motel like rooms with cooking facilities. could be booked though. twice as expensive as the Waubay places.

My vote is Lakeside Lodge. Trust me !!!!!

Her name is Verona at the lakeside lodge. Nothing fancy but a good place to stay at a good price. We were there in December the last two years. She bent over backward to make us happy.
