Oahe water levels ??

My bro. says that because of ongoing legal issues the **** was recently closed significantly to increase water levels. Any signs of this in Oahe ?? The report was that 'normal' levels would be achieved in a matter of weeks.. We fish near the State Line and it's been a steady decline there for the last couple years.

I was on Oahe in July and the water was pretty low. It will take more than a couple of weeks to fill it make to normal.

The Corps only lowered the flow of water for 3 Days.

Opps spelled dam wrong. That's what I figured but he was reading from a bullitin and it was talking in cubic feet and sounded interesting enuf. too good to be true I guess. Funny though, the state took over from the corps up north there and it just looks like another debt that will be hard to recover from.. Thanks ifishsd . I have made SD my fave fishing the last couple years too from Lake of the Woods, but I will be going back up north next year the way it sounds |:

What's it looking like out there these days for water levels and fishing ? I am planning on a Pollack trip this fall again, any news is appreaciated.
