Sounds like Waubay lake is the best place right now. Walleyes in 12 feet with perch in 18 to 24 feet. Most lakes are clear and the fish are spooky.

Not many people have been not due to the unstable weather in the area. It was 65 degrees last Saturday and then 35 degrees on Sunday. Makes it tough on the fish.
