We have been doing the Northwest Angle for 10+ years dragging around our portables on snowmobiles.  We love the adventure side of it, but really looking for something new.  Anyone have good ideas and resorts for someplace new that can give us some new spots to explore and not see/fight through a bunch of people??  Looking for something around or under 8hr drive from Minneapolis.  Would like to have large cabin 8 guys can stay in, gas and bait on site or close.  Would probably hire a guide for one day, but really would be pretty independent.  Already hit the standard lakes in MN (Red, Winnie, ML etc).  Mostly walleye/crappie fisherman, but like any variety.

 

Note: Still love the angle we are just trying to mix it up or add another trip.
