I have a model 30 XT jiffy with a couple of issues. First pull starting it is very difficult. It almost feels like it seizes up at certain points when pulling. It also idles high enough that it turns the blade a little bit. Is there a screw some where to turn down the idle. It's not readily apparent like on a normal carburetor. Any help would be appreciated.
