House cranks up and down hard.  wont go all the way down.  Tried to grease the cert and wouldnt take grease.  Replaced with new certs, still wont take grease.  Is this a summer project to take wheels off etc and take shaft apart and clean out old and start from scratch.  Im assuming rust will not allow grease.  Thanks
