Bought it in 2012.  Have it set up with a Terrova Ipilot link.     The "View" and "Exit" keys are used to toggle between screens.   Both quit working.

Any ideas on what causes this?   How to prevent?       Not a battery voltage problem,  I changed batteries and the problem remained. 

I should be getting the unit back any day now.
