Kicker Questions

Hi,

Been shopping around for a kicker there are so many options. My main question is how does the transom height measurement work? Where would you start the measurement on the boat. If it helps I have a 1999 Crestliner 1750 Sport fish. I will take pictures of the rear tomorrow when I have some light. Just a little lost on this topic. The pictures are what mine looks like not mine. Mine is much nicer.

You should start the measurement on the spot where the motor mounts at and end at the bottom of the boat. On those types of Crestliner transoms I think you'd probably need a kicker bracket. Even with a 25" I don't know if the prop would extend below the bottom of the boat.
