My brother is having his yearly smoke off and this year we will be doing ribs! Most likely 25 to 30 racks of ribs. I was wondering if anyone has an idea on how we can make a Whole Hog Roaster to accomplish this? I was thinking that we could find some stainless wire mesh to tie them too in the roast, but it looks like that would get a little spendy.
Bring on the ideas...
