fishhuntwork
I while back I posted on here asking if anyone knew if I could install troll control on my boat with Mercury Smart Craft gauges. I contacted mercury and found out the I can install just a switch without installing new gauges. I have a 2008 Mercury 115 4 stroke. Here are the part number the mercury rep said I'll need. 898160T01, 878492K14, and 8M0083438. This is a plug and play so super easy to install. I haven't ordered the parts yet but I heard a rumor you may be able to get a kit to install this for right around $150!
little chief
Be careful, got one installed on a opti max 125 and it only dropped the rom by 100 and really didn't do anything to slow the boat down. Even installed a 17 pitch prop and still was 2.5 mph
