millenium lures

Just wondering...anyone having any luck using millenium lures this summer?

Simply put...YES!
I have caught fish on just about every Millennium Lure I have thrown. I especially like the 5" tubes for flipping and the Magic Shads for working the docks. I really like their line of plastics and their crankbaits have great actions and have very durable finishes.

Adam, how do you work the magic shad. I have some and am not quite sure how to use them. Weightless,C-rig, Texas rig whats the best? They look great cant wait to try them. Thanks ,Dan

The best way to fish the magic shads is to rig them weightless and fish them in shallow water. They work great under docks (they skip real far and don't make much noise if you hit a post or pontoon), over weedbeds and around rocks for smallmouth.
Just do a simple twitch, twitch, pause retrieve. Vary the speed of the twitches and the pauses. The action of the bait will be very erratic and will dart and glide in any direction then sinks slowly during the pause.
