Auger will start normal and idle but after warming up I try to drill hole and auger bogs down. I don't have to even try and drill hole and push on throttle and engine bogs down like it wants to shut down like sucking air let off throttle and auger will idle. I replaced spark plug , gas and oil also replaced carb with a spare carb from another strike master auger. When auger is running and I tilt auger toward me and push down throttle it will not bog but if I tilt away from me and push down on throttle it will bog and quit before I can let off on throttle. I can get auger to keep cutting if I put choke partially on just not enough power to drill hole then. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Nice to finally meet you tonight. Make sure you tell me who you are again next time you come in. I will probably forget.
Let me know when you are dropping in again and I'll make sure we have more of those beverages around!

I’ve never been in the AR woods before but you’ve arrived by the looks of it.
Good luck.
