Ice conditions on Wood Lake

Any body know what the conditions are on Wood. I might give it a try if it stays nice for a while. Thanks

I'm not sure what it's like all around right now. I was there Dec. 14th and there was a solid 14" of ice with 5" of powdered sugar type of snow. Also might I add there was vehicles out.

There's probably going to be near 18" or more of ice. I'm thinking snow won't be much of an issue with 4-wheel drive in a pick up/SUV or a four wheeler.

Now just for quick update, there's around 30" or so of ice. In places I measured 29", most common 31" and one spot was 33". Average snow depth was around 2"-5" with a lot of drifting so there's not much of a consistent average.
