Road Dog trailers makes them. Last year they were called a "icebox" but they have made quite a few improvements to go with the name change. Axle seems to work very well and the ability to pull the whole wheel assembly off is very appealing. The only thing I question on them is the way they use the trailer tongue and ball, it's not really designed to have a constant load pulling up on it.
