Hi everyone, just wondering what some of your favorite turkey recipes are for the breast/legs? I am always looking for different ways to make it!

Hi everyone, just wondering what some of your favorite turkey recipes are for the breast/legs? I am always looking for different ways to make it!

I usually brine in a mixture for 1-2 days and then put on the smoker with apple wood. I use 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup salt to 1 gallon water and then add various seasoning and spices as i want. usually a little different each time. Put some light rub or seasoning on and throw on the smoker until cooked.

I made 2 breasts a couple months ago in a 1/4 cup of olive oil per breast. 1 tsp of sea salt. 1 tsp of Fresh ground pepper. 1 tsp of oregano. A little chicken seasoning mix. Let it soak for about 30 minutes. Grill for about 7 minutes a side, depending on how big your breasts are. I cut mine in pieces at about 3 by 3 inch chunks.

Cut pieces into 2 inch cubes. put them in a cup of coke for half day. Then rap in pieces of bacon. Then sprinkle brown sugar on them. Then cook in oven for 20 min at 300Deg. Then put in crock pot for a hr and serve!! Perfect finger food!!
