auger blade sharpening

Does any one have a place they can recommend for blade sharpening? closer to north metro the better but anywhere around the cities would be good. Thanks

I would just buy new... I have heard re sharpened blades dont last very long.

There is a place in Lakeville just North of Gander Mtn on same service road, advertsises on C list for somewhere around $17 - $19? I have never tried them so no idea how they hold up. Sorry not very close to North Metro though.......

I posted the same question a couple years back and it was recommended to do it myself with a file (I had taken one to a hardware store previously and they destroyed it (made it like an axe blade).

Since then, part of my fall prep has been filing my auger blade (Jiffy) and it works. The price and time required are just right too
